HomeRiva started inside Casly Homes, a Seattle‑area builder known for premium townhomes. When we began keeping some of our homes as rentals, we ran into the same frustrations every owner knows: slow lease‑ups, inconsistent screening, maintenance handled by whoever was cheapest, and reports that said little.

So we built our own system. We staged and marketed our homes like new listings, screened every applicant to the same standard, and handled maintenance with the trades who built the homes. Our homes leased to long‑term residents, and our lenders got clean rent rolls when it came time to refinance.
