HomeRiva wants everyone to be able to find a home, request a rental analysis and reach us easily, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

• Use readable text sizes and color contrast that meets WCAG AA.

• Add text descriptions to photos and images.

• Give every form field a visible label.

• Build pages that work with a keyboard, screen readers and browser zoom.

• Review pages when we add or change content.

Known limits

Some content comes from other providers, such as the Avail application and payment portal, embedded maps and 3D home tours. We can’t fully control how accessible those are, but we will help you get the same information another way.
