Stay terms
Fixed stays of 3, 6 or 8 months. No stays shorter than 30 days.
First month’s rent and a refundable deposit of one month’s rent are due at lease signing. Rent is due monthly in advance, paid online.
Individual applicants need a credit score above 650 and household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent, or a qualified guarantor. Companies may sign as the leaseholder.
Renter’s insurance with $300,000 liability coverage is required for individual leaseholders.
Utilities are included up to $300 a month; usage above that is billed at cost.
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the home or garage. No subletting or short-term rental.
Ending a stay early requires 30 days’ written notice and a fee. Travel nurses whose facility cancels their contract pay a reduced fee with documentation.
These are summary terms. The signed lease controls. Screening criteria apply equally to every applicant, in line with fair housing law.
